Clinical Business Operations Representative 1 (H)

Job Summary
Manage a daily volume of 50+ calls by triaging inquiries, directing callers, and documenting messages in appropriate software. Obtain and review patient demographic, insurance, and referral data while ensuring clinical records are complete with proper authorizations and signatures. Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff. Assist patients with pre- and post-care expectations, submit signed consents for medical record retrieval, and track pending records for clinic visits. Retrieve films, slides, and CDs within the facility, assemble and process patient charts, and manage supply distribution. Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to university policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience, certification or license
- Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications
- Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service or clinical experience
- Skill in data entry with minimal errors
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Skill in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
- Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment
