Job Summary
Clinical Business Analyst (RN) within Healthcare Australia’s multidisciplinary digital health team, delivering a Salesforce-based EMR and PAS. Serves as the critical link between clinical stakeholders and the digital health product team to translate complex clinical workflows into system requirements that support safe, high-quality patient care. Contributes to Agile delivery, Level 2 application support, testing, and go-live activities in a dynamic healthcare environment. Requires current AHPRA registration and at least 2 years of experience; experience with EMR/PAS implementation or support, strong stakeholder engagement, and robust communication/analytical skills. Primary Health care focus with opportunities for career advancement; on-call support may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration
- At least 2 years of clinical or health service experience
- RN or clinical professional with AHPRA registration
- Strong business analysis capability or experience in clinical informatics
- EMR/PAS implementation or support experience
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Agile delivery experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- On-call support may be required
