Job Summary
Clinical Business Analyst responsible for translating clinical needs into actionable requirements and product designs. Lead development of clinical requirements, create functional specifications, use cases, and clinical process workflows to support safe, efficient patient care. Serve as a liaison between end-users, clinicians, internal teams, and technology vendors; collaborate on software build, configuration, testing, and regulatory modifications; design and execute test plans; demonstrate new functionality to clinical users; participate in focus groups and vendor trainings; and travel 10-15% for on-site go-live support. Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams), with strong project-management mindset and experience in healthcare application technology.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar clinical informatics role
- A valid clinical certification and/or license is required
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of advanced coursework, training, and industry experience is preferred
