Job Summary
Oversee branch operations, financials, and performance while monitoring key indicators like quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and team stability. Ensure every patient and family receives compassionate, high-quality hospice care by partnering with clinical leaders to maintain strong outcomes, compliance, and survey readiness. Recruit and develop a team that reflects the community served, coaching leaders to grow while holding clear expectations for performance. Build genuine relationships with local providers, referral partners, and families to represent VitalCaring as a trusted, dependable partner in the small-market setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development
- Ability to manage operations while keeping patient care at the center of decisions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
