Job Summary
Conduct behavioral support planning and training for residential staff, including developing initial positive behavior support plans (PBSP), analyzing behavioral data, and conducting fidelity evaluations. Oversee the delivery of curriculum and learning materials while collaborating with stakeholders to screen referrals, review incident reports, and participate in client care committee meetings. Provide progressive counseling to staff regarding knowledge implementation and progress, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and licensing mandates. Maintain visual aids and attend medication review appointments to support client needs within the Redwood Family Care Network's person-centered service model.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience in social work, child care, and/or support staff industry providing direct services to the elderly and or children/adults with developmental disabilities
- Experience providing behavioral tech support to adults of children with Autism, Intellectual Disability, Behavioral Disorders or Mental Health
- Fingerprints and criminal clearance
- Driver's license and a vehicle to drive
- Pass a Washington State background check
- First Aid/CPR Certified
- Blood Borne Pathogen certification
- CPI Blue Card
