Job Summary
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to develop, review, and modify positive behavior support plans (PBSP) for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Deliver curriculum and training to direct staff, residential teams, and guardians on behavioral protocols and implementation fidelity. Collect, analyze, and disseminate behavioral data for weekly reviews and annual reporting while observing clients individually. Evaluate potential clients for placement into supported living homes and review incident reports related to behavioral episodes. Collaborate with stakeholders including teachers, caseworkers, and medical specialists to ensure compliance with licensing and Regional Center mandates. Maintain the organization's behavioral philosophy and policies while providing progressive counseling to staff regarding plan progress.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience in social work, child care, and/or support staff industry providing direct services to the elderly and or children/adults with developmental disabilities
- Experience providing behavioral tech support to adults of children with Autism, Intellectual Disability, Behavioral Disorders or Mental Health
- Fingerprints and criminal clearance
- Driver's license
- Vehicle to drive
- Pass a Washington State background check
- First Aid/CPR Certified
- Blood Borne Pathogen certification
- CPI Blue Card
