Job Summary
Conduct coverage for the addiction medicine in pregnancy phone line on an as needed basis as established by OHSU and the Oregon Perinatal Collaborative. Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve patient care goals and address areas of expertise assigned by department needs. Maintain an active Oregon Medical License and Oregon DEA while working as a per diem academic physician within the Oregon Perinatal Collaborative to improve care and outcomes for mothers, birthing people, and newborns through evidence-based practice and policy change.
Required Qualifications
- MD / DO
- Completed residency in OB/Gyn, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
- Specialized training or experience in Addiction Medicine
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals
- Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting
- Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other clinicians in the work unit
- Active Oregon Medical License
- Oregon DEA
