Job Summary
The Clinical Associate Director of Support Services is responsible for leading and managing a team of Support Services Managers and Case Managers, overseeing case management services, and ensuring high-quality performance and compliance with safety regulations. Essential functions include hiring and training staff, developing systems to improve operations, conducting quality assurance activities, and providing crisis analysis and clinical supervision. Required qualifications include a MA/MS degree in Social Work, LCSW certification, significant experience in non-profit settings, and demonstrated leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- MA/MS degree in Social Work or related field required
- LCSW required
- Minimum of 4 years of work in a non-profit that includes direct or indirect experience with multi-diagnosed, low-income, homeless, or formerly homeless adults
- Minimum of 2 years of proven leadership and hands-on experience training and managing staff and programmatic functions
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management and administration skills
- Knowledge of San Francisco landlord-tenant law and property management principles
- Extensive working knowledge of San Francisco, state, and federal resources available to low-income persons
- Strong working knowledge of mental health and substance abuse issues
- Knowledge of the Harm Reduction model in a supportive housing context

- Conflict resolution experience
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to produce and analyze reports and write business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, and clients
Additional Requirements
