Clinical Associate

Direct patient care under Nurse Manager direction, including assisting with activities of daily living, vital signs, I&O, rounding, and mobility optimization. Perform and document EKGs, glucose testing, and phlebotomy competencies while maintaining turn schedules and skin integrity. Answer call bells promptly, assist with safe patient transfers using equipment, and maintain Electronic Medical Records documentation. Requires one year of hospital Nurse's Aide experience, BLS certification, and a high school diploma.
