Job Summary
Clinical Assistant Team Manager responsible for supervising staff and developing interventions and clinical treatment plans for youth, families, and adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders within Eliot’s CBHC program. Role involves clinical supervision in office and field settings, overseeing development and completion of treatment and crisis plans, assessments, and authorizations, ensuring person-centered care, managing documentation quality, and guiding staff in skill-building and recovery-oriented interventions. Requires a MA clinical license (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT, etc.) and a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, plus at least one year of supervisory experience; valid MA Driver’s License. Salary range $85,000–$90,000 USD annually. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
- Clinical license from Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT etc.)
