Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing skills laboratory experiences for BSN students, integrating psychomotor skill development and clinical reasoning throughout the curriculum. Collaborate with faculty, students, and university staff to ensure a safe, organized learning environment that supports program outcomes, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage healthcare equipment, supplies, and inventory systems while utilizing educational technologies and learning management systems. This two-year term role supports the department's mission to enhance sustainable food, nutrition, and healthcare systems through education and research.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and related field
- 2 years of clinical experience
- Current unencumbered RN license
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position

- Experience in nursing education, clinical practice, laboratory instruction, or skills development
- Knowledge of nursing skills laboratory operations and instructional methodologies
