Clinical Assistant Professor- IL- Physical Therapy Institute

Evaluate patients, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and carry out individually designed physical therapy programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning. Promptly complete daily documentation including evaluations, notes, billing, and discharge summaries while complying with the Illinois State Practice Act and university policies. Collaborate with the Family Medicine Clinic, Speech & Language Institute, and other institutes as necessary. Provide clinical instruction for physical therapist students, develop group therapy sessions, and support interprofessional screening clinics and student observation experiences. Participate in clinical research, mentor scholarly projects, and deliver educational sessions to the community.
