Job Summary
Board-certified/eligible otolaryngologists with the ability to obtain Michigan medical licenses are sought to join the University of Michigan Health-Sparrow faculty in Lansing as full-time clinicians with interests in comprehensive Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and maxillofacial trauma. The role involves practicing full-scope Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, contributing to education and research, and supporting teaching activities within a large academic program. The position is eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work at the discretion of the hiring department. Location: University of Michigan Health-Sparrow in Lansing, Michigan (Level 1 trauma center, 700+ bed tertiary-care hospital).
Required Qualifications
- M.D., D.O., Board certification in Otolaryngology
- ability to obtain appropriate medical licenses in Michigan
- evidence of clinical competence
- evidence of scholarly ability (publications in peer-reviewed journals, external funding, presentations at national meetings)
- competence in teaching
