Job Summary
Board-certified/eligible Comprehensive Otolaryngologists sought to join University of Michigan Health-Sparrow in Lansing for full-time, academic clinical roles in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery with an interest in maxillofacial trauma. The role includes practices across clinical care, teaching, and research within a large, multi-fisciplinary program, with opportunities for hybrid or mobile/remote work as determined by the department. The successful candidates will contribute to a comprehensive, contemporary practice, participate in scholarly activities, and engage in medical education across a major trauma and tertiary-care hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- M.D., D.O., Board certification in Otolaryngology
- hold or have the ability to obtain the appropriate medical licenses in the State of Michigan
- evidence of clinical competence
- evidence of scholarly ability (publications in peer-reviewed journals, acquisition of external funding, presentation of research at national meetings)
- competence in teaching
