Job Summary
Clinical Assistant role supporting Pinnacle Fertility clinics in Arizona. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, preparing examination rooms, assisting with patient exams and procedures, basic clinical tasks (vital signs, specimen collection, administering medications as directed), maintaining medical records, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence and phone inquiries, and providing cross-training support in the andrology lab as needed. Requires Medical Assistant certification or related degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 1-2 years clinical experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus. On-site, Scottsdale/Glendale, AZ with a Monday–Friday schedule 7:15 AM–4:15 PM and occasional Sundays. Proficiency with EMR systems and a collaborative, patient-focused approach are important.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification or Bachelor's degree in Science related field required or highly preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
