Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire
  • Clinical Competency completed within 3 months and every 3 years
  • Health care experience, education or training
  • Experience with HIPAA and SEARHC policies
  • Ability to operate medical equipment (blood pressure cuff, pulse oximeter, EKG, etc.)
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and recording patient data
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of clinic procedures for patient visits and treatments
  • Ability to learn/use various EMR systems
