Provide accurate technical and clinical information to clients, patients, and internal teams while managing case tracking through lab and reporting processes. Communicate with clients for order-specific documentation and triage clinical inquiries to ensure outstanding customer experiences. Maintain current knowledge of Ambry's products, policies, and IT systems while supporting internal projects such as data mining and research. Requires a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and experience in healthcare or customer service. Based in Aliso Viejo, California, this role supports Ambry Genetics' mission to advance understanding of human disease through genetic testing solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with multi-tasking responsibilities while maintaining high level of attention to detail
  • General computer & Google suite proficiency
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Flexibility regarding job assignment and changes to workflow
