Job Summary
Clinical Assistant in Detox and Withdrawal Management Unit supporting the treatment team to ensure patient needs are identified and met; monitor patients, take vital signs, observe for crises, administer or monitor medications under RN supervision, document shifts, provide emotional support, and participate in staff trainings. Role includes completing admissions/discharges paperwork, assisting with daily care, and training of clinical assistants. 3rd shift hours (10:45pm-7:00am) with weekend rotations; requires high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification; background check per Minnesota DHS.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have or obtain CPR & First Aid certification before direct patient contact.
- Must pass background studies issued by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
