Clinical Assistant (ATC, RN, LPN, and MA) - FT

Clinical Assistant role supporting a sports medicine outpatient clinic. You’ll work directly with Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners to prepare patients and exam rooms, gather patient history, and update electronic medical records. You’ll assist with procedures such as suture removal, injection preparation, and brace fitting; communicate patient conditions and updates to providers; coordinate and schedule surgeries and follow-up appointments; educate patients on treatment plans both in person and over the phone; and document office visits and patient interactions. You’ll help carry out physician orders to support high-quality patient care and will travel between multiple Nashville locations throughout the week. Ideal candidates are team-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of multitasking, and have a passion for patient care in sports medicine or orthopedics. Requires licensure or certification in Athletic Trainer, RN, LPN, or Medical Assistant; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
