Job Summary
Join Midwestern University's College of Veterinary Medicine as a faculty member in Small Animal Internal Medicine with opportunities for tenure or clinical track. Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Arizona State Veterinary License
- Board certification (or eligibility) by ACVIM or ECVIM
- Evidence of excellent clinical and communication skills
- Understanding of patient-centered care
- Willingness to engage in collaborative clinical research
- Strong commitment to meeting the needs of students
- Collaborative mindset to foster a team-approach to teaching and service
Desired Qualifications
- Teaching experience
- Research experience
- Experience in, or a willingness to learn abdominal ultrasound
- Graduate degree in a relevant field of study
- Additional advanced training in a small animal clinical field
