Job Summary
Clinical Assessor conducts structured clinical interviews and completes standardized assessments (CANS, OYAS, ORAS) to determine needs for services, eligibility, level of care, and diagnosis; collects psychosocial, behavioral, and functional information to support individualized care recommendations; documents findings and submits assessments timely; maintains weekly productivity and submits performance data; collaborates with clinical supervisors and Medical Admin to ensure high-quality client care; participates in supervision sessions, team meetings, and professional development trainings; adheres to HIPAA, confidentiality, and organizational policies; requires Bachelor’s degree with IM+CANS certification; weekend on-site schedule in Chicago, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field (required)
- IM+CANS Certification is required at the time of hire, or within one month of onboarding
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with standardized clinical assessment tools such as CANS, OYAS or ORAS (preferred)
- Masters Degree preferred
