Job Summary
Clinical Assessor conducts structured clinical interviews and completes standardized assessments (CANS, OYAS, ORAS) to determine needs for services, eligibility, level of care, and diagnosis; collects psychosocial, behavioral, and functional information; documents findings; maintains productivity; collaborates with clinical supervisors and the Medical Admin; adheres to HIPAA and confidentiality policies; requires Bachelor’s degree with IM+CANS certification and 2+ years of experience; hybrid onsite/remote schedule in Chicago, IL; compensation includes salary ranges by degree (60k-85k for Bachelor’s, 70k-100k for Master’s).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field (required)
- IM+CANS Certification is required at the time of hire, or within one month of the Human Resources onboarding date
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Prior experience with standardized clinical assessment tools such as CANS, OYAS or ORAS (preferred)
