Clinical Assessment Coordinator

Review pre-admission assessments from the Admissions call center to determine appropriateness for ARS facilities, utilizing AI technology to facilitate medical document reviews and escalating cases to Medical Teams as needed. Coordinate with on-site facility staff, Utilization Review teams, and Medical Directors regarding admission approvals, insurance needs, and the overall review process. Conduct email correspondence and telephone conversations to maintain clear communications with supervisors, co-workers, and clients while ensuring reviews are completed efficiently and in strict adherence to confidentiality policies. Maintain a positive image of Advanced Recovery Systems and participate in staff meetings as assigned.
