Clinical ASC Administrator

Oversee daily operations of two ambulatory surgical center locations, including coordination of medical care, Quality, Safety, and Risk Management. Allocate resources, manage budgets, and enforce policy compliance across professional, technical, and ancillary personnel. Direct staff assignments, conduct performance evaluations, and lead weekly clinical meetings to drive performance improvement. Monitor environmental safety, infection control, and equipment inspections while supporting surgeons with prepared service teams. Ensure full compliance with nursing standards and annual certifications for all staff.
