Job Summary
Lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative, in-center environment while participating in small-group and 1:1 supervision with experienced BCBAs. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, or school settings, applying clinical best practices across six core domains including assessment, intervention, communication, documentation, program design, and ethics. Attend professional development sessions to apply learnings in real time and progress through Elevate's structured stages with built-in milestones. Work full-time, including availability for afternoon and early evening hours, while earning $17–$23 base pay with stage-based increases and full benefits. Required Qualifications
- Active enrollment in (or completion of) a master's-level ABA program (verified before start date), or a completed master's degree with enrollment in (or completion of) an ABA course sequence
- Ability to work full-time, including availability for afternoon and early evening hours
