Job Summary
On-site clinical training for Cutera devices across the Northeast region, educating Physicians and staff on safe and effective device use. Role includes extensive travel (about 80%, multi-day trips) to provider offices, support for customer and distributor teams via phone, email, and webinars, and participation in demos and marketing events. Responsible for developing training materials for end users, Cutera clinical trainers, sales representatives, and distributors; delivering the train-the-trainer program and conducting training seminars; providing ongoing clinical support and facilitating onsite demonstrations at educational events. Strong emphasis on travel, independent work, and high-quality communication and training skills.
Required Qualifications
- RN, NP, PA or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an aesthetic office treating a variety of dermatological indications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience treating with aesthetic lasers
- Experience training medical staff on similar medical devices highly preferred
- Experience with travel-based fieldwork highly preferred
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Strong written and spoken interpersonal, communication, and training skills
