Job Summary
Coordinate, schedule, and deliver system and feature training for customer accounts while demonstrating full product capabilities. Execute rigorous skill checklists and assessments, recording outcomes and communicating results to a broad constituency. Produce post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs. Advance new product features and imaging techniques by partnering with customers to develop training strategies. Act as the focal point for the modality and team, identifying satisfaction issues and specialty training requests. Develop relationships with key opinion leaders to standardize protocols and support clinical education initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Active CAMRT or OTIMRS professional clinical/technical certifications
- Current clinical/technical experience in hospital/clinic setting with demonstrated proficiency in the radiography modality
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively (including overnights & some weekends) within your specified geographic region and nationally, and into the US for internal training
- Ability to communicate effectively using local language (English)
- Willingness to submit to a check of your driving record
