Job Summary
Provide on-site customer education for Siemens Healthineers mobile C-arms, including product demonstrations, user training, and applications follow-ups. Consult with customers on individual workflow needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and coordinate training events with sales and project management teams. Develop and maintain relationships with providers at hospitals and clinics while partnering with Delta's sales team to assist in closing sales. Complete regulatory documentation and travel 80% to customer sites Monday through Thursday, with overnight stays required. Located within 50 miles of Milwaukee, Midway, or Chicago O'Hare airports, this role supports the global leader in medical technology by optimizing image quality and ease of use across various surgical settings.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel extensively up to 80%, with overnight stays generally Monday through Thursday
- Certified Clinical Radiographer with a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical surgery experience
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures
- Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must be located within 50 miles of the Milwaukee airport, Midway airport, or Chicago O'Hare airport
- Must be available for travel days Monday through Thursday
Desired Qualifications
- Additional ARRT certifications and registries
- Previous Applications Specialist experience
- Experience using Siemens surgical imaging systems
- Teaching experience in a clinical environment
