Job Summary
Deliver on-site installations of cardiac monitoring systems in hospitals and clinics across Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Provide comprehensive training for clinical end-users and adjust content for site-specific needs, reinforcing optimal product usage. Offer remote and in-person technical support to address equipment or operational issues with urgency, performing basic repairs and educating customers on maintenance. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and QA teams to support complex upgrades, contribute feedback for product improvements, and document complaints per FDA guidelines. Requires 75-80% overnight travel and extensive fieldwork.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in Field Technical Support or Sales
- 2+ years in Cardiac Rhythm Management (clinical or technical)
- Demonstrated track record of clinical support or sales success
- Strong foundation in cardiac monitoring, rhythm management, or biomedical systems
- Must be open to extensive overnight travel (75-80%)
- Comfort with medical software, device troubleshooting and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to various audiences
- Ability to assess issues quickly and propose effective, sustainable solutions
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving work environment with shifting priorities
- Works cross-functionally with sales, service, and engineering teams
- Highly self-directed with excellent time management and accountability
