Job Summary
Deliver clinical and operational expertise by providing education and training support for the Maternal Infant Care product portfolio to clinical end-users. Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to help clinicians obtain optimal performance from GE Healthcare equipment. Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions to potential customers, then collaborate with sales and project management teams to administer clinical training aligned with sales order agreements. Drive revenue realization through on-site or remote clinical education delivery while producing comprehensive documentation pre- and post-training. Maintain customer relationships and communicate relevant product concerns or opportunities to the LCS Management team and technical support. Manage travel and lodging budgets to optimize travel strategies and cost savings, submitting expense reports within guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Hold an active registered nursing license
- Experience in NICU
- Ability/Willingness to travel extensively 100+% (4-5 days per week including some weekends) within US and Canada (USCAN) via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, train etc.) as necessary
