Job Summary
Clinical Applications Specialist bridging the lab and customer across a defined territory; lead method verification, validation, and implementation per CLSI; deliver operator training on-site and remote; provide clinical expertise on hemostasis workflows (PT/INR, aPTT, Anti-Xa, D-Dimer, fibrinogen); troubleshoot and own resolution; support LIS/middleware integration and promote digital tools; partner with sales on demos, business reviews, and pre-sale activities; travel 80% including overnight; MT(ASCP) certified or equivalent; strong knowledge of CLSI, QC/Westgard, CAP/CLIA; valid driver's license; Columbus/Cleveland preferred.
