Clinical Applications Specialist, Cardiology

Job Summary
Provide customer support and education to Nuclear Medicine and Cardiac PET customers across the South territory (Mississippi and Louisiana) including CardioGen-82 introductions, radiation safety guidance, training, and ongoing education. Train customer personnel on CardioGen-82 generators, infusion system operations, and Cardiac PET image acquisition/processing; install and monitor infusion systems; troubleshoot and serve as liaison between Professional Services and customers. Collaborate with Field Nuclear Accounts Managers and Leadership Team to develop strategies for customer success and to achieve yearly sales quota and targets for retention; travel 75-85% with a field-based, hospital/healthcare facilities focus.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in nuclear cardiology imaging
- Experience with cardiac PET preferred
- Nuclear Medicine certification required through NMTBC and/or ARRT (N)
- Must be a licensed driver without restrictions
- Field Sales Credentialing demands various vaccinations and background check requirements
- COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire or willing to receive
- Willing to comply with credentialing obligations to access medical facilities
Additional Requirements
- Travel requirement between 75-85% and include evenings, and some weekends
- Must be able to drive to customer sites
