Clinical Applications Rev Cycle Analyst –SQL Server (strong), Data pipelines + validation, APIs / ETL, Reporting-Associate

Clinical Applications Rev Cycle Analyst responsibilities include day-to-day operational support for Clinical Applications in a managed services environment, break/fix resolution, routine configuration changes, and ticket management. You will monitor system performance, triage issues, and apply standard fixes under guidance, collaborate with clinical end-users and IT teams to ensure system stability, learn from senior staff, and contribute to configurations and changes within a Clinical Application area. The role requires understanding clinical/administrative workflows, analyzing client processes to identify improvements, and delivering technology solutions, data analysis, and process automation to enhance operational efficiency. Strong emphasis on SQL Server usage for data analysis/validation, building data pipelines and APIs for reporting, applying lean process improvements, and supporting project management activities to ensure timely delivery. You will work with US-based teams on structured handoffs, maintain detailed documentation, and develop foundational system knowledge with problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
