Job Summary
Cross-reference patient and customer data to ensure diagnostic imaging reports match scheduled appointments, maintaining a 100% accuracy bar on all information. Respond to client enquiries via email and phone, updating patients on record status and communicating with radiology groups to elevate STAT priorities or clarify appointment details. Troubleshoot and triage technical issues, routing them to the appropriate teams for resolution while adhering to HIPAA requirements when handling sensitive data. Collaborate across departments to manage requests and provide clear, concise written updates.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of medical imaging procedures and workflow
- A team-first mindset you know every role plays its part in the study management cycle
- Attention to detail and a maniacal focus on ensuring information is correct
- A commitment to hard work and a positive outlook, day in and day out
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of radiology workflows and basic technical concepts
- Resilience and a willingness to continuously improve by taking on critical feedback
- Comfort navigating MS Excel Pivot Tables and/or VLOOKUPs
