Clinical Applications Ancillary Analyst – SaaS Platforms (vRAD, Bloodhub, Micromedex) at PwC Acceleration Center India. Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance for Clinical Applications in a managed services environment, including break/fix resolution, routine configuration changes, and ticket management. Collaborate with clinical end-users and IT teams to ensure system stability and support patient care and operational goals. Learn from senior team members, perform peer reviews, and contribute to process improvements, automation, and optimization of client operations using lean methodologies and Six Sigma approaches. Develop foundational system knowledge, analyze client processes, implement technology solutions, and apply change management to enhance productivity and efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience with proficiency in English; experience with SaaS platforms (vRAD, Bloodhub, Micromedex) and healthcare workflows is advantageous. Shift overlaps with US Eastern time, with work hours 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST; strong collaboration with US-based teams and detailed async documentation are expected.
