Job Summary
Establish and maintain a support presence with key customers while participating in operation-led solution development. Develop project plans for mid-scale initiatives and present executive summaries for decision points with defined cost/benefits. Design, build, and test end-user tools using best practices, and define customer requirements for changes requiring back-end work or standardization. Manage customer expectations for delivery and facilitate collaborative decision-making across clinical and ancillary systems. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with Cerner Millennium or Soarian Financials knowledge highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information services, Business, Healthcare or related field or graduate of an accredited professional Nursing program, eligible for RN licensure required
- Three or more years of experience in Nursing, Information Services, Business Services, Healthcare, or related field required
- Ten or more years of experience in Nursing, Information Services, Business Services, Healthcare, or related field considered in lieu of a degree
- Ability to push/pull, lift/move 15 lb.
- Ability to perform moderately difficult manual manipulations such as using a keyboard, writing, and filing for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform tasks which require hand-eye coordination such as data entry, typing and using photo copiers
- Ability to be stationary at a workstation for a prolonged period time
- Ability to squat or be mobile for a reasonable length of time and distance
- Ability to comprehend the spoken English language
- Ability to communicate and read the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with Cerner Millennium Applications or Soarian Financials highly desirable
