Job Summary
Clinical Applications Analyst for Epic Orders responsible for analysis and support of mid complexity projects and maintenance of inpatient clinical EHR applications. Acts as a liaison between customers and support staff, develops and delivers end-user education programs, and leads initiatives with other staff. Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned applications, translates customer requirements into feasible options within the Epic environment, and plans technology learning programs while assessing user competence. Role operates under general supervision with a day rotation, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, in the United States, with a possible remote/hybrid arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, Healthcare or related field OR Associates degree and 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare OR 6 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare
- Certification in Epic applications preferred
