Job Summary
Troubleshoot, maintain, build, and test Epic Ambulatory clinical applications; perform regression, integration, and acceptance testing; assist with enterprise-wide clinical system design/implementation; customize databases, document configurations/test results; coordinate with vendor support and the application education team; ensure regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, interoperability) and safeguarding of protected health information; monitor help desk tickets and incidents; pursue process improvements and adhere to information services governance; remote position with onsite presence as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of clinical applications experience preferred
