Job Summary
Clinical Applications Analyst I to troubleshoot, maintain, build, and test Epic Ambulatory clinical systems; participate in regression analysis, integration, and acceptance testing; assist with enterprise-wide clinical system design and implementation; customize, database-build, test, and troubleshoot system functionality; document configurations and test results; coordinate with vendor support and education teams; ensure compliance with Joint Commission, Promoting Interoperability, and other governance programs; safeguard protected health information; monitor help desk tickets; prepare project lists and timelines; proactively seek process improvements; remote position with onsite presence as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, required
- Clinical license, preferred
- Two years of clinical applications experience, preferred
