Clinical Application Specialist - Ultrasound

Job Summary
Deliver clinical and technical ultrasound demonstrations across obstetrics and gynaecology applications to support pre-sales activity and manage loan and evaluation systems throughout the sales process. Provide post-sale training, in-servicing, and ongoing applications support to ensure confident system use, while supporting system installations, go-lives, upgrades, and troubleshooting in clinical settings. Build relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders, delivering tailored clinical education to users ranging from trainees to senior specialists. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide field insights on market and competitor activity. Partner with sales and product teams on new product launches and adoption strategies. This field-based role requires regular travel within the state and interstate, with a preference for Sydney-based candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified in sonography, medical radiation science, nursing, midwifery or a related health discipline
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound
- Willing to travel regularly within the state and interstate
- Confident delivering technical and clinical training to healthcare professionals
- Strong understanding of ultrasound systems and image optimisation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work with senior clinicians
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable in a field-based role
- Sydney-based preferred, however we are open to considering candidates based in Melbourne or Brisbane
