Job Summary
Adapt clinical training programs to meet diverse healthcare provider needs by assessing training gaps and developing customized plans, instructional materials, and user guides. Conduct in-depth workshops and on-site sessions to ensure proficient application of Philips' clinical technologies, while delivering ongoing support and troubleshooting for complex queries. Analyze clinical workflows to identify improvement opportunities and build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to foster successful implementation. Document all interactions and activities accurately to track progress and maintain compliance with industry protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ Vocational education OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or equivalent
