Job Summary
Conduct technical presentations and education sessions for physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical practice personnel regarding ZOLL Temperature Management Solutions. Facilitate round table discussions and workshops to increase therapy awareness while actively participating in internal and external training courses. Identify, build, and maintain relationships with customers across the EMEA sales region by meeting with hospital personnel to determine needs and product usage. Support the area sales manager in customer complaint management, monthly new site introductions, and conventions. Complete required DGKS/P training and fluency in English is mandatory for this remote field role with up to 40-60% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Complete training for DGKS/P
- preferably worked in ICU
- 2+ years clinical or sales experience
- Experience with resuscitation or post cardiac arrest, neurology, fever management (TTM)
- Medical device representative
- Understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology
- Experience teaching and educating medical personnel, peers and technical support personnel
- Fluency in English

- Arabic or French language skills
