Job Summary
Facilitate onsite customer training for new ARKRAY clinical laboratory equipment and manage instrument implementation projects, including verification studies and statistical reporting. Resolve technical issues by collaborating with internal resources and escalating complaints per company procedures while providing pre- and post-sale support and product demonstrations. Complete required documentation, ensure implementations meet timeline and budget goals, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role involves extensive travel in the United States and requires a BA/BS degree in a healthcare field with three years of clinical laboratory experience.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in healthcare related field
- 3 years' experience in a clinical laboratory
- Must reside near a major airport
- Strong technical background in flow cytometry, hematology, or urinalysis
- Knowledge of laboratory regulations
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite, Service Based Software, CRM, and EP Evaluator
- Must be able to facilitate onsite customer training of new equipment
- Must be able to effectively manage instrument implementations projects
- Must be able to assist customers to perform instrument verification studies
- Must be able to analyze verification study data and prepare statistical reports
- Must be able to present verification data to the customer
- Must be able to complete required documentation according to policies and procedures
- Must be able to work with internal resources and the customer to resolve technical issues
- Must be able to escalate complaints received from the customer to Technical Support
- Must be able to provide pre and post-sale technical support as needed, including product demonstrations
- Must be able to ensure new instrument implementations are completed to meet timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction goals
- Must be able to maintain customer satisfaction
- Must be able to understand organizational goals and execute strategy with defined action plans
- Must be able to demonstrate effective working relationships with external and internal customers
- Must be available for extensive travel in the United States
