Clinical and Application Specialist Critical Care

Job Summary
Deliver clinical support and application expertise for Critical Care products, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and utilization while contributing to improved patient outcomes. Plan and conduct product training and clinical education for healthcare professionals, and support product evaluations, demonstrations, installations, and implementations. Collaborate with Sales teams throughout the customer journey and tender processes to build long-term customer relationships and optimize clinical workflows. Work directly with clinicians in Intensive Care Units, Operating Rooms, Emergency Departments, Recovery Units, and ECMO Centers. This role requires approximately 50–70% travel to hospitals and customer sites, with occasional international travel for training programs and conferences.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, Perfusion, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, or another relevant healthcare discipline
- A minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience within Intensive Care, Anaesthesia, Operating Theatre, Respiratory Care
- Experience working with medical devices and clinical technologies
- Experience delivering clinical education, coaching, or training to healthcare professionals
- Strong knowledge of mechanical ventilation, critical care medicine, respiratory physiology, and patient safety
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- This position includes extensive travel to hospitals and customer sites, approximately 50–70% of the time
- Occasional international travel may also be required for training programs, conferences, and certification activities

- Experience with ECMO systems
- Previous experience from the medical technology industry
- Experience supporting product demonstrations, evaluations, or tenders
- Advanced clinical certifications
