Job Summary
Administer allergy tests and injections under a supervising physician; prepare customized patient immunotherapy vials; educate patients on immunotherapy and support treatment journeys; perform scheduling and medical documentation tasks; collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver allergy care and help raise visibility of allergy services within a partnered practice; participate in coordinating clinic activities to support allergy services; on-site role in Silver Spring, MD with training and potential remote training support; requires a Bachelor of Science in health-related fields and at least 1 year of clinical or medical office experience; strong communication and organizational skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in health-related fields preferred
- A minimum of 1 year full-time clinical experience, medical office setting, customer service, or similar industry is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills required
- User experience with medical office and/or business software programs are preferred
