Job Summary
Clinical Aide supports clients and staff in a behavioral health setting, bridging clinical support and program operations. Responsibilities include providing non-clinical support to clients, coordinating with licensed clinicians as needed, assisting with scribing and client documentation in the EHR, maintaining client case files, and supporting administrative tasks. This is a part-time weekend role (Saturday–Sunday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM) in Gilman, IL, with potential growth toward clinical or operations tracks. Required: high school diploma or equivalent; strong boundaries; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to stay calm in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field; CADC/CAP or related certification; prior substance use or mental health treatment experience; lived recovery experience.
