Job Summary
Clinical AI Research Assistant focusing on AI output review for wellbeing and mental health content. Responsibilities include reviewing AI-generated outputs related to meditation, wellbeing, mental health, sleep, anxiety, stress, and behavior change; scoring and labeling outputs using structured rubrics; assessing clarity, safety, and clinical appropriateness; checking claims against evidence (academic literature, clinical guidance, internal research standards); identifying unsafe, overstated, or misleading recommendations; flagging issues related to indications, contraindications, risk, and real-world applicability; comparing outputs across prompts, workflows, models, or evaluation conditions; preparing short research summaries and internal review documents; supporting prompt testing and AI evaluation workflows; using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support research and day-to-day work; communicating structured feedback to senior team members and product/engineering teams; helping improve the quality, safety, and usefulness of AI-powered wellbeing experiences; and performing related supervision-guided research tasks. The role is remote in Australia and aligns with interests in psychology, wellbeing science, digital health, meditation research, and responsible AI in wellness products.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or experience in psychology, clinical psychology, psychiatry, public health, behavioral science, mental health research, digital health, meditation research, mindfulness, or wellbeing science.
