Job Summary
Clinical Advisory Operations Analyst to join Arthrex’s Medical Education–based Clinical Advisory team in Naples, FL. Responsible for generating informative reports, visualizations, and dashboards to provide actionable insights, supporting the continuous development and execution of the Clinical Advisory Division’s activities. Collaborates with Medical Affairs and cross-functional stakeholders, administers project management, CRM, and custom platforms, identifies process improvements, and enhances efficiency and efficacy across the organization. Develops and improves skills to be proficient with platforms used by the Clinical Advisory Division, and supports operationalizing reporting features to improve outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Education, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, or similar.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or analytical capacity
- Experience collaborating with multi-functional teams and subject matter Analysts preferred
- Experience building reports for and addressing both technical and non-technical audiences preferred
- Knowledge/skills in working with learning management systems and business management tools
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and business communications skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with project management tools and the Microsoft suite
