Job Summary
Lead clinical guidance for strategic planning and implementation of InterSystems health information systems by advising executive leadership on Healthcare Analytics, Evidence Based Medicine, and Clinical Quality Measures. Drive procurement and bid processes from opportunity qualification through proposal development, translating clinical requirements into compelling solution narratives for executive and clinical stakeholders. Represent InterSystems to clinical societies and advisory boards while delivering market-driven insights to product and sales teams to optimize go-to-market tactics. Support strategic account planning and influence purchasing decisions across the UK healthcare market.
Required Qualifications
- MD, or Nursing degree
- Minimum of ten (10) years of clinical experience
- Experience of greater than 2 years within eHealth role
- Strong grasp of clinical workflow in either community, acute or mental health settings
- Interest in health information systems and outcomes measurement
- A contemporary clinician who understands major trends in healthcare and managed care
- Familiar with point of care products and medical informatics trends and tools
- A strong leader with a mature sense of priorities and solid practical experience who can design and implement systems within the framework of technical boundaries
- Effectively communicate with a diversity of personalities
- Approachable and presents data with effective communication and presentation skills
- An effective consensus builder
- Direct experience with Healthcare Analytics

- Direct experience with Evidence Based Medicine
- Direct experience with Clinical Quality Measures

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience within e Health in a multi-organization clinical setting preferred
- Experience in the planning, selection, implementation and performance assessment of health IT solutions desirable
- Desirable experience with AI-enabled Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
- Desirable experience with Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS)
- Desirable experience with ambient documentation solutions
- Desirable experience with healthcare analytics platforms
- Knowledge of Generative AI
- Knowledge of machine learning
- Knowledge of predictive analytics
- Knowledge of their practical application in healthcare delivery and operational improvement
- Desirable experience participating in or advising on digital transformation initiatives involving AI
