Job Summary
Train sales, ops, and healthcare providers on SES products and clinical applications, including new hire, new product, and campaign-specific sessions. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop effective training materials and coordinate product education for large customer implementations. Serve as the divisional resource for all SES product questions while working with divisional leaders to identify and develop field training plans. Maintain deep understanding of current and new SES products and their clinical outcomes to support internal and external customers effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree required in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy or a related healthcare field
- Experience in the healthcare market required
- Ability to learn new products and sales strategies quickly
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently
- Proven experience working with multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clinical, marketing, sales, and ops audiences
- High level of flexibility, creativity, dependability, and professionalism
- Excellent presentation skills are essential
- Proficient in core Microsoft Office Suite
- Travel up to 75%
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in wound care, falls, or safe patient handling preferred
